Job summary

FlexSteel USA, LLC. in Baytown, TX, seeks a Pipe Completion Manufacturing Supervisor to lead Hydro and Respool operations on the assigned shift, mentor operators, and ensure safe, quality production of flexible pipe products. You will coordinate daily work and enforce standard work to meet production goals.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train staff while driving continuous improvement and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and Lead Operator certification or equivalent.
• 4+ years of hands-on hydrostatic testing or spooled product experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hydro and Respool operations within the Pipe Completion department.
• Coordinate daily work-center activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide team leadership, coaching, and training for operators.
• Enforce standard work and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with shifts, manager, and engineering to relay information and feedback.
