Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Pinterest Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that will directly impact our clients' success by leveraging the full power of Pinterest, from organic growth to highly optimized paid campaigns. You'll be a hands-on expert, executing strategies and managing campaigns, while also playing a key role in developing and scaling our Pinterest marketing service offerings for a diverse portfolio of retail clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and Execute Pinterest Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of retail clients, encompassing both organic growth and paid advertising campaigns, aligned with their specific business goals (e.g., traffic, sales, brand awareness).
  • Organic Pinterest Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement Pinterest SEO best practices, and optimize client profiles, boards, and pins to maximize organic visibility and reach.
  • Paid Pinterest Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, and optimize Pinterest ad campaigns (Shopping Ads, Collections, Standard Pins, Video Pins, Idea Pins for ads) across various objectives (e.g., conversions, catalog sales, brand awareness, traffic). This includes budget management, audience targeting, bid strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Work closely with clients and/or our creative team to develop high-quality, visually appealing, and brand-aligned Pins (static, video, Idea Pins) that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Pinterest Analytics and other tools to meticulously track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide clear, concise, and actionable reports to clients.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor Pinterest trends, algorithm updates, new features, and retail industry shifts to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Service Stack Development: Contribute to the refinement and expansion of Retail Reinvented's Pinterest marketing service offerings, including developing best practices, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Client Collaboration & Communication: Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on Pinterest strategy and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other marketing specialists (SEO, Email, Paid Search), design teams, and client success managers to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Pinterest marketing, with a strong emphasis on both organic growth and paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Pinterest ad campaigns with measurable ROI in the retail or eCommerce sector.
  • Deep understanding of Pinterest's ecosystem, including its algorithm, ad formats, targeting capabilities, and best practices for driving conversions.
  • Expertise in Pinterest SEO and keyword research specifically for the platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with Pinterest Analytics and other relevant marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with a variety of retail categories is a plus.
