As we enter a new phase of growth, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our full-stack marketing efforts.
Role Overview
The CMO will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid media, organic social, email, and customer acquisition funnels. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with direct influence on brand direction, growth trajectory, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage high-performing Meta, Google, and multi-platform ad strategies focused on ROI and lead generation.
Design and implement acquisition campaigns. Map and refine the full customer journey, from awareness to repeat purchase.
Build brand equity through curated organic and paid content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Manage Klaviyo email flows, automations, and campaigns. Drive engagement and conversions across segmented audiences.
Track KPIs and customer data to inform strategy. Leverage insights to iterate and scale campaigns with speed and precision.
Partner with the Founder on product launches, promotional calendars, influencer collaborations, and media direction.
Candidate Requirements
• 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably with a background in e-learning, CPG, DTC, or hospitality-focused brands
• Proven track record managing paid media budgets and scaling growth
• Highly skilled in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and campaign analytics
• Strategic and creative thinker who can work autonomously and lead projects from concept to execution
• Experience building consumer personas and customer lifecycle journeys
• Based in Atlanta, GA (strongly preferred), or open to periodic in-person collaboration
Compensation
• Initial Compensation: 25% of net profits (until $100,000 in cumulative profit share is reached)
• Long-Term Compensation: Transitions into a full-time salaried role with equity participation once the performance threshold is met
