Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced Ping Identity Support Engineer/Lead to manage and support enterprise IAM platforms built on the Ping Identity suite. This role covers L2/L3 production support, incident management, MFA operations, authentication integrations, and certificate lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include supporting PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingID, and related products, troubleshooting SSO, MFA, and directory issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID, PingOne)
• Strong knowledge of SSO, Federation, IAM, MFA, and Passwordless Authentication
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• LDAP/SCIM and REST APIs
• SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, key management
• Enterprise production support and incident-management skills

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Ping Identity products in production
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, federation, MFA, and directory issues
• Manage integrations: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, RADIUS, Kerberos, REST APIs
• Oversee MFA factors including Push, OTP, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Security Keys, Passkeys
• Perform incident, problem, change, and release management activities
• Manage certificate lifecycle, trust stores, secrets, TLS/mTLS configurations
• Execute patching, upgrades, and production deployments; monitor health and security events
• Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with vendors, application teams, infrastructure, and security ops

We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Support Engineer/Lead to manage and support enterprise IAM platforms built on the Ping Identity suite. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident management, MFA and passkey operations, authentication integrations, certificate lifecycle management, platform monitoring, and change implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and administer PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID, PingOne, DaVinci, PingAuthorize, and PingOne Protect/Risk.


• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, federation, MFA, and directory-related issues.


• Manage integrations involving SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, SCIM, RADIUS, Kerberos, and REST APIs.


• Support MFA factors including Push, OTP, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Security Keys, Passkeys, and biometric authentication.


• Perform incident, problem, change, and release management activities.


• Manage certificate lifecycle, signing certificates, trust stores, secrets, and TLS/mTLS configurations.


• Execute patching, upgrades, operational readiness checks, and production deployments.Monitor platform health, capacity, availability, and security events.


• Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and automation opportunities.


• Collaborate with vendors, application teams, infrastructure teams, and security operations.
