Job summary

Nestlé USA in Ohio is seeking a Technician to operate and troubleshoot food processing equipment, support pilot plant trials, and contribute to process improvements. You will learn end-to-end coffee manufacturing steps including roasting and drying, while maintaining sanitary conditions and documenting trial data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of operational/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with roasters, evaporators, and related equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, operate, clean, and shut down food processing equipment.
• Execute equipment change over activities.
• Perform mechanical repairs, inspection and troubleshooting.
• Apply calculations as illustrated in the training program.
• Complete all specified training programs and learn end-to-end soluble coffee processes.
• Maintain equipment in good sanitary and working condition.
• Document trial data records and prepare summaries of trial results.
