Job summary

Uplift360 UK is seeking a hands-on Chemical Process Technician to support the scale-up and industrialisation of our novel chemical recycling technology at Bristol site. You will fit pumps, trace faults, source components and keep the plant running, working closely with engineering and chemistry teams on trials and future capability builds.

In this role you will own maintenance, operate the pilot plant during development trials, and help ensure safe, reliable operation of process equipment.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building, maintaining and operating process equipment.
• Hands-on experience with process plants or industrial equipment.
• Fixer mindset with systematic fault-finding and problem solving.
• Ability to work safely with chemical process equipment and follow procedures.
• Reliable, self-motivated with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support build and commissioning of equipment, fitting, installing and testing.
• Install pumps, pipework, valves, conveyors and heat exchangers.
• Operate pilot plant during development trials and monitor SOPs.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and calibrations; manage consumables.
• Troubleshoot faults, document actions and maintain safe plant conditions.
