Job summary

Lam Research in Tualatin, OR, is seeking a Program/Project Manager to oversee Pilot Manufacturing initiatives. You will craft manufacturing plans, forecast resource needs, and ensure on-time module launches while coordinating across engineering, planning, and production teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in PM or 6+ years with a Master’s, plus strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Hybrid/onsite work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executable manufacturing plans for modules launched in Pilot Manufacturing.
• Forecast router length, build hours, and resource requirements using historical data.
• Identify risks early, define mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to Management and Order Fulfillment.
• Own on-time module launch execution aligned to defined launch milestones.
• Coordinate initial release of critical-path components and confirm factory readiness.
• Provide feedback to improve manufacturing processes and operational policies.
