Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• 6+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast projects; develop executable manufacturing plans for Pilot Manufacturing modules.
• Forecast router length, build hours, and resource requirements using historical data.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation plans; communicate impacts to management and fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy of digital planning tools and systems of record; serve as source of capacity data.
• Own on-time module launch execution; ensure modules are preloaded into systems of record.
• Coordinate material availability and readiness with Planning; support release-to-manufacturing decisions.
