Job summary

Panthalassa is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our Vancouver, WA pilot and contract manufacturing facility. This hands-on role blends facilities operations, manufacturing support, workplace hospitality, inventory management and site coordination.

Reporting to the Operations Manager for Pilot Manufacturing, you will help keep the facility safe, organized and ready to support fabrication, assembly, testing and production activities, while coordinating with vendors and maintaining

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in facilities, workplace operations, or manufacturing support.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong communication and organization.
• Comfort in an active industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site walks to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Support operation of building systems, utilities, and office areas.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors and teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement throughout the facility.
• Maintain access records, security, and site documentation.
