Job summary

Cutter Aviation in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Pilot-in-Command to serve as the company’s front line in the field, ensuring world-class client service and strict safety standards. The PIC will operate as the storefront for Cutter Aviation, representing the company to aircraft owners, operators, and the business aviation community.

The role requires jet-type PIC experience, strong communication, and a professional demeanor, with ability to handle rotating schedules and short-notice calls.

Qualifications

• 3000 Total Time hours.
• 1500 PIC Hours.
• 250 PIC or SIC Hours in a Mid-Size Jet or Larger (>20,000lbs Max Takeoff Weight).
• Valid, current Pilots License issued by the FAA.
• Current 1st Class Medical.
• No accidents, incidents or sanctions in the past 5 years.
• Knowledge of general aviation aircraft and their service requirements.
• Ability to train the SIC pilot to properly perform their functions.
• Excellent Customer Service, Organizational, and Communication Skills.
• Professional in appearance and mannerisms.
• Initiative and ability to multi-task; lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary

Cutter Aviation is please to present this internal only opportunity for one of our knowledgeable aviation professionals. The Pilot-in-Command will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service to our clients. The Pilot is effectively the Companys storefront in the field. He/she is the external representative of our company to our A/C owners, operators, business partners, and to the business aviation community.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous PIC Jet Type Rating
• 3000 Total Time hours
• 1500 PIC Hours

• Current 1st Class Medical

• Knowledge of general aviation aircraft and their service requirements plus the needs of crews and passengers
• Ability to train the SIC pilot to properly perform their functions

Desired Qualifications
