Job summary

CymSTAR in La Vista, Nebraska is seeking a Pilot Instructor to deliver aircraft systems and procedures training across aircraft, classroom, and simulator environments. You will develop and review courseware, create lessons, and support training policy improvements.

The role requires current E-4B flight experience or equivalent instructor credentials, a valid pilot license, and the ability to travel and work within safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid pilot license with required ratings and endorsements.
• E-4B flight experience with command hours.
• Graduate of an instructor course or equivalent instructional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide aircraft systems/operational procedures instruction in various settings.
• Develop and edit courseware and curricula for existing and new courses.
• Conduct ground training and remedial instruction for students.
• Schedule, record-keeping, counseling, safety and QA of training programs.
• Maintain proficiency with Aircrew Training Devices and flight simulations.
