Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Pilot In Command - International to oversee flight operations and support the Pilot in Command in international missions.

Based in Fargo with assignments at various international locations, you will manage aircraft like King Air C90 and B200 and ensure safety, compliance, and mission readiness. The role requires extensive flight time, turbine experience, and an instrument rating, along with strong communication skills and the ability to relocate and travel

Qualifications

• 2500+ hours total time.
• 500 hours turbine time.
• Multi-engine time preferred.
• Commercial/ME/Instrument rated.
• Current First or Second Class Medical.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Willing to relocate and travel internationally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with tact and discretion.
• Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Operating aircraft during special mission operations.
• Assisting in aircraft maintenance and mission equipment.
• Replenishing seeding agents as required.
• Keeping project meteorologists informed of weather developments during operations.
• Keeping accurate flight records.
• Maintain a clean, organized aircraft, office and work area.
• Providing 24/7 weather watch as needed.
• Promoting a professional image and team environment.
• Providing WMI key personnel updates after operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pilot In Command - International

Position Reports to: Director of Flight Operations

Location: International – various locations

Primary Operational Objectives:

The WMI Pilot In Command is responsible for flying aircraft(s) in specific weather conditions and assisting the Pilot in Command with maintaining all aspects of the aircraft and operations.

Primary Aircraft: King Air C90 and B200

Essential Job Functions include:

• Operating aircraft during special mission operations.
• Assisting in performing maintenance on the aircraft or special missions' equipment.
• Replenishing the seeding agents as required .
• Keeping the project meteorologists informed of new storm or cloud development during operations.
• Keeping accurate flight records
• Maintain a clean, organized aircraft , office and work area.
• Providing 24 hour/7 days a week weather watch as needed/ requested .
• Providing positive public relations, maintaining a professional image, and promoting a team environment.
• Providing WMI key personnel updates after operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
