Job summary

Jet Linx in Chicago, IL is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command for our light jet aircraft for Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The PIC will report to the Base Chief Pilot and ensure the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with CFRs and procedures.

The role requires 3,500 total flight hours, 2,000 PIC hours, 250 hours in type, 250 PIC in type, and 1,500 multi-engine hours (including 500 PIC multi-engine).

Responsibilities

• Manage duty, flight, and rest times to requirements of both the company and CFRs
• Maintain communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports
• Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications
• Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current
• Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate
• Convey strong, proactive decision-making skills
