This key role will report directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, and will play an integral part in advancing our brand and supporting our mission.

As the Director of Marketing, you will partner with our technical team to craft product-related marketing content that captures the essence of our innovative solutions. You will enhance our sales and business development initiatives through strategic event management, engaging press releases, robust social media campaigns, and the creation of compelling content and sales materials.

In collaboration with the Senior Graphics Designer, you will generate creative advertisements, update our website, and manage other print and digital projects to ensure our messaging is powerful and cohesive. Additionally, you will monitor the impact of marketing activities, manage budgets effectively, and track and report on the returns of our marketing investments.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US working in the EST timezone. Potential travel is needed to KioWare's office in York, PA or DynaTouch's office in San Antonio, TX a couple of times a year. A valid passport is required for the travel.

What your impact will be :

  • Manage PPC campaigns within Google, Linkedin, Microsoft, Capterra and other third party pay-per-click platforms.
  • Tradeshow and event execution – content creation, logistics, and invitation of top clients / prospects, all with an eye on messaging and ROI achievement.
  • Work with Creative Director to ensure consistent branding for all digital and print campaign and content pieces.
  • Utilize Sugar CRM e-mail platform to improve overall customer experience. Update existing customer support email content regularly for distribution by sales team.
  • Submit product strings for translation.
  • Work with the Cleverbridge shopping cart to create promotions, coupons, and product upsells.
  • Write version history for each new product release. Write and distribute new product and new version information via press, public relations outreach, social media, and paid search.
  • Manage Social Media presence on Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Manage video content and create video scripts for video creation. Distribute via Youtube.
  • Communicate company and product news to relevant publications, partners, customers, and peripherals.
  • Update website with company and product news, product instructions and “how to’s”, updated partner information, newly added external devices, office news.
  • Work with development team to migrate old website to new website.
  • Respond to landing page leads with custom content.
  • Create / modify landing pages as needed.
  • Answer customer phone calls and chats as tier 2 response.

What we are looking for :

  • Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills a must.
  • Marketing : 8 years minimum experience in an agency or equivalent setting.
  • 6 years professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Content Management Systems.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing plans, including experience with directing organic and paid search, social media, and website usability.
  • Candidates should demonstrate expertise in quantitatively measuring results of marketing campaigns.
  • Broad based knowledge of marketing strategies.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience with email marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Sugar etc. Must have the ability to create and deploy targeted, time and action driven email campaigns.
  • A bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, marketing, or similar field.
