Purpose of Position

Ensure safe, superior air transportation, representing NetJets with exceptional service and safety standards on every flight.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing, following FAA, OEM checklists, and SOPs. Greet and brief Owners/passengers, verify itineraries, and provide weather and safety updates.
  • Deliver in-flight service, including handling alcohol and catering.
  • Load and stow baggage properly.
  • Handle flights for Owners with pets and smokers.
  • Act as the final authority on aircraft operation, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to departure, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Report maintenance issues accurately and complete related paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School diploma required.

Certifications and Licenses

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, First Class Medical Certificate.
