Aquatech International is seeking a dedicated Pilot Lead to manage pilot operations, lab testing, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in achieving KPI targets.

The Pilot Lead will supervise equipment, coordinate with Engineering, and train staff while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures. Based in the Hartland, WI area with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science or related field or
• Associate in Applied Science Degree with strong chemistry/science coursework or

Responsibilities

• Oversee pilot and laboratory testing to meet KPIs, operating conditions, and sampling frequency.
• Operate pilot systems and lab equipment, implement process changes, and record measurements.
• Train new laboratory technicians and help develop training materials.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and hand off updated objectives for the next shift.
