Responsibilities

• Operate filling line and report equipment problems to supervisor or maintenance.
• Maintain production efficiency and ensure materials meet specifications, including verifying BOM.
• Follow First Good Pillow process and ensure correct filling material is used.
• Maintain specified weight and monitor for foreign matter.
• Keep work area clean and follow lock-out procedures for safety.
