Riser Fitness in Livermore, CA is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Pilates studio. In this role you will support the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships with members and prospects.

This part-time position offers an hourly wage with commission, opportunities for growth, and a dynamic, high-energy environment that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Learn and use Club Ready software system.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Travel may be required.
• Attend events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport for sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
