Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service at a Pilates studio. This part-time role includes lead generation, tours, and coordinating appointments to drive new business.

You will learn the Club Ready software, engage with clients, and participate in community events to promote the studio while maintaining a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication via in person, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
