BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Naperville studio. You will drive pre-sale and membership growth, build relationships with members, and represent the BODYBAR vibe at local events.

You’ll hit daily goals, stay organized, and support members through bookings, outreach, and retail sales. The ideal candidate loves fitness, communicates well, and brings reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio Pre-sale and growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
