Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role at our New York studio. You will drive membership sales, welcome members, schedule intro classes, and help create a vibrant studio atmosphere.

You’ll work with a friendly team, support events, manage inquiries, and contribute to a positive, results-driven culture. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be goal-oriented with ability to drive membership and retail sales.
• Fluent in English with strong in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process: generate leads, outbound calls, convert to memberships.
• Welcome every member and prospect with genuine hospitality, creating an exceptional first impression.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, texts, emails, and other inquiries.
• Schedule Intro Classes, tours, and appointments in CRM with accuracy.
• Build lasting relationships with members and prospects through proactive follow-up.
• Achieve daily/weekly performance goals: calls, appointments, memberships, retention.
• Represent BODYBAR Pilates in the community at events and lead-generation activities.
• Create engaging social media content reflecting our brand and studio culture.
