BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager to drive membership growth, lead daily operations, and build a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional customer experience. You will embody the BODYBAR brand in-studio and in the community, leveraging your sales and leadership experience to inspire the team and members.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, build partnerships, and manage a welcoming studio environment that supports growth and brand loyalty across our fast-growing network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing leadership within fitness or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading a small team and coaching/mentoring staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both in-person and online.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by leading the BODYBAR sales process and hitting monthly revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team focused on engagement and retention.
• Build local partnerships and participate in grassroots marketing to bring new members.
• Create meaningful member experiences through relationship-building and referrals.

• Oversee retail operations, inventory, and merchandising in-store.

As our Studio Manager, you’ll lead with passion and purpose to drive membership growth, manage daily operations, and build a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional experience. A proven leader with sales and management experience, a love for wellness, and the ability to inspire others, are key in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by leading the BODYBAR sales process, achieving monthly revenue goals, and preserving membership value through consistent engagement and retention efforts.
• Lead with purpose by recruiting, training, and coaching a motivated sales team that thrives on connection, performance, and accountability.
• Foster local community relationships through grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and networking events that amplify our presence and bring new faces through the door.
• Create meaningful member experiences by building authentic relationships, supporting member goals, and encouraging referrals through a personal touch.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming studio environment by upholding BODYBAR standards in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Oversee retail operations by coordinating with vendors to ensure products are fully stocked, well-merchandised, and aligned with the BODYBAR aesthetic.
• Stay organized behind the scenes by managing administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies with efficiency and care.
• Champion the BODYBAR experience by engaging with members before and after class, building a community that reflects everything BODYBAR stands for.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• 3+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Skilled in generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digitally.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.
• Experience managing a team and social media.
