BODYBAR Pilates - South Overland Park & Lenexa is seeking a Studio Manager to lead membership growth, daily operations, and a high-performing team. You will embody the BODYBAR brand, build community connections, and ensure an exceptional member experience across studio operations.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive revenue through proactive sales, and maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-merchandised space that aligns with BODYBAR aesthetics and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Skilled at generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digital.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach goals.

• Champion the BODYBAR experience by engaging with members before and after class, building a community that reflects everything BODYBAR stands for.
