Job summary

The Oshman Family Jewish Community Center (OFJCC) in Palo Alto, CA is seeking an experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead groups or individuals across a variety of equipment. You will influence members’ health and wellbeing through engaging private and group sessions, delivering fresh routines with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current full Pilates apparatus training certification.
• Prior experience teaching group Pilates reformer classes.
• Enthusiastic about teaching Pilates and creating innovative routines.
• Professional and punctual with a motivating attitude.
• Stays current with fitness trends focused on Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Instruct clients with proper form on Pilates equipment (Reformer, Springboard, Barrel, Exo-Chair).
• Conduct private, group and demonstration class sessions.
• Create fresh and innovative reformer routines.
• Be professional, on-time and motivating for participants.
• Provide safe, fun, and engaging classes.
