Qualifikationen

• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a nationally recognized program.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification within the first 3 months of employment.
• Ability to setup and demonstrate Reformer equipment and exercises.

Aufgaben

• Lead safe and engaging Pilates Reformer classes aligned with YMCA standards.
• Provide clear instruction, appropriate progressions/regressions, and visual and verbal cueing.
• Monitor participant safety and respond appropriately to injuries or concerns.

Kenntnisse

Current Pilates Reformer certification

CPR/AED and First Aid certification

Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with diverse populations

Ausbildung

Comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat + Apparatus)

Experience in a YMCA or community-based fitness environment
