24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Pilates Reformer Coach to guide members through safe reformer-based workouts, enhancing strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You’ll foster an inclusive, motivating studio environment while delivering high-quality group experiences aligned with our brand standards.

Requirements include being a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor and CPR/AED certified, with strong communication and coaching skills.

• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed.
• Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Ensure all sessions start and end on time and follow established programming guidelines.
• Support club initiatives and promote upcoming programs or events.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness.
