Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Summerlin, NV is seeking a Pilates Reformer Coach to lead reformer-based workouts that improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You will foster an inclusive, motivating studio environment and deliver high-quality group experiences aligned with our brand standards.

The role requires a certified Pilates Reformer instructor and current CPR/AED certification, plus strong communication and coaching abilities to engage members of all fitness levels.

Job Summary As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You'll create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports members of all fitness levels while delivering a high-quality group experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed.
• Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; team‑player mindset.

Benefits Summary

Compensation Summary

All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Life and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.

Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).

Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00
