24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Pilates Reformer Coach to guide members through reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You will create an inclusive, motivating environment in line with brand standards.

You will lead classes, foster connections to boost retention, maintain a clean studio, and ensure sessions run on time while supporting club initiatives and events. A free gym membership is included among benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor requirement.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; team‑player mindset.

Job Summary

As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You'll create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports members of all fitness levels while delivering a high-quality group experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed.
• Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Ensure all sessions start and end on time and follow established programming guidelines.
• Support club initiatives and promote upcoming programs or events.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; team‑player mindset.
