Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates Huntington Beach is seeking energetic individuals to join the instructor pathway. You will train, certify, and teach as part of a structured program designed to prepare you for the BODYBAR teaching team.

Selected candidates complete a comprehensive certification while training for eventual entry into our Huntington Beach studio. This role emphasizes leadership, energy, and a passion for helping others through BODYBAR’s dynamic method.

Qualifications

Passion for health, fitness and helping others move their best.
People person who thrives on energy, music and personal connection.
Basic knowledge of anatomy or movement; fitness experience is a plus.
Growth mindset and willingness to complete rigorous certification.
Strong communication and people skills.
Desire to turn passion into a flexible, rewarding career.
Experience in Pilates or group fitness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Cultivate deep knowledge of BODYBAR’s Method and goals.
Be a BODYBAR ambassador, bringing energy to every class you teach.
Design and instruct Reformer-based group classes safely for all levels.
Provide expert cues and 1:1 form corrections to clients.
Answer client questions about movement, policies and promotions.
Maintain class schedule and secure subs to ensure a great member experience.
Participate in team meetings and required trainings, helping build the studio community.
