Qualifications

• Teaching or coaching experience in fitness
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred
• Completion of BODYBAR Instructor Training Program

Responsibilities

• Lead BODYBAR Reformer Pilates group classes safely and effectively
• Live the BODYBAR mission and energize every class
• Educate members with expert cues and provide form corrections
• Answer client questions on movements, studio policies, and promotions
• Arrange schedule and secure substitutes to maintain strong member experience
• Attend quarterly meetings and team trainings
• Foster community at the studio through engagement with members
