BODYBAR Pilates - Huntington Beach is seeking energetic individuals to become BODYBAR Instructors. You will train through our BODYBAR Certification and, upon successful completion, join the Huntington Beach teaching team and lead dynamic Reformer-based classes.

The program blends hands-on coaching with safety, community and personal connection. Attendees must complete two intensive modules and pass certification to teach.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate deep knowledge of BODYBAR’s Method, Mission, Vision, and Goals.
• Be a BODYBAR Ambassador—bring energy to every class you teach.
• Design and instruct Reformer Pilates-based group classes safely for all levels.
• Provide expert cues and 1:1 form corrections to keep clients safe and confident.
• Answer client questions on movement considerations, policies, and promotions.
• Show up for scheduled classes and manage your own schedule with subs when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Create community at the studio through engagement with members.
