Club Pilates in Wisconsin is seeking motivated instructors to teach our contemporary reformer-based Pilates program. You will lead private and group classes, building strong client relationships and delivering safe, engaging workouts for all levels.

The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities through continuing education, and training with Balanced Body equipment. Applicants must hold a current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours and be ready to maintain an upbeat,

Qualifications

Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
Ability to lead group reformer classes and private lessons up to 12 clients.
Maintain a safe, engaging environment and inspect equipment for safety.
Experience with club management software or willingness to learn Club Ready.

Responsibilities

Lead Pilates group reformer classes in Club Pilates method.
Teach private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients.
Ensure safety and equipment checks before, during, and after class.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive teaching environment.
Maintain cleanliness and motivate clients.
