Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking motivated Pilates instructors to join our studio team in Wisconsin. You will lead group reformer classes and private sessions, teaching clients of all levels in a supportive, energetic setting.

Qualifications include a current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours or equivalent, and comfort with equipment such as reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, and more. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes according to Club Pilates method.
• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
• Create a safe, friendly environment using Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Jump Board, weights, bands, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients.
• Ensure safety by following level requirements and inspecting equipment before/after class.
• Maintain clean, friendly, and motivating work environment.
• Learn and use club management software (e.g. Club Ready) as needed.
