Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Pilates Instructor to deliver private and group mat and reformer classes, evaluating clients to help them reach fitness goals. You will maintain client records, conduct consultations, and participate in marketing private and small group training programs.

Responsibilities include new member orientations, safety and cleanliness of the studio, and promoting our safety goals while upholding club policies. Weekend/holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• PMA, Stott, Polestar, or Peak Pilates trained and certified.
• Current CPR/AED Certifications.
• Minimum two (2) years fitness industry experience; Pilates, dance, performance art or sports background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average of 20 paid service hours per month.
• Provide private Pilates instruction and group mat/reformer classes; develop individual programs.
• Conduct fitness consultations and Pilates-based evaluations.
• Recruit and maintain Pilates training clients.
• Assist in developing and marketing private and small group training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of client exercise programs and progress.
• Conduct new member orientations and instruct on Pilates equipment.
