A fitness boutique franchise is seeking a passionate BODYBAR Instructor in North Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and instructing Pilates-based group fitness classes, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Strong communication skills and a passion for health and fitness are essential. Prior Pilates or fitness experience is preferred, but not required. Qualifications

• A passion for health, fitness, and exercise.

• Complete BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program, including passing each apparatus test-out.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of BODYBAR’s method.
• Design and instruct Pilates-based group fitness classes.
• Educate participants on proper and safe exercise form.
• Respond to client questions regarding studio policies and promotions.
• Secure substitutes for assigned classes in a timely manner.
• Create community at the studio through engagement.

Job Summary

The BODYBAR Instructor is directly supervised by the Fitness Manager or Lead Instructor. The successful candidate possesses a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills. As a member of the BODYBAR team, this person will have a particular passion for serving others and will ensure a positive fitness experience for all BODYBAR clients.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of BODYBAR’s method, mission, vision, and goals
• Design and instruct Pilates-based group fitness classes, according to the BODYBAR teaching formula, that are safe and effective for clients of all fitness levels
• Educate participants on proper and safe exercise form
• Respond to client questions regarding, but not limited to, the following: special movement considerations, studio policies and promotions
• All teachers are responsible for securing subs for all assigned classes in a timely manner. Any classes not subbed remain the responsibility of the teacher
• Create community at the studio through engagement with members before, during, and after class
