Qualifications

• Apparatus certified
• Minimum 500-hour comprehensive pilates education (includes mat, reformer, chair, and cadillac)
• Experience with group reformer instruction, including duet and trio classes
• Experience teaching individual sessions on all apparatus
• Experience teaching pre and postnatal clientele
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety
• Comfortable teaching clients with injuries
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Willingness to add yoga and trigger point modalities to teaching repertoire
• Active learner with willingness to evolve with fitness industry developments, focusing on pilates
• Professional, pleasant demeanor, and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to implement new procedures and proactively communicate with management
• Teamplayer and able to work with public, management, and other instructors

Salary: $40 - $55 an hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (preferred)
• Teaching: 5 years or more (preferred). If less than 5 years of experience and candidate does not meet all qualification, they must be willing to undergo additional training.
• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
