Club Pilates in Portland seeks Pilates Instructors for full-time or part-time roles. Base pay includes per-class rates $40-$65 plus bonuses based on class count; compensation negotiable for qualified talent.

Ideal candidates hold 450+ hour Pilates education (Mat and Reformer) and can teach group Reformer as well as private sessions. You’ll work in state-of-the-art studios with scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour Pilates education (Mat & Reformer) required.
• Demonstrated customer service and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong communication and group instruction abilities.
• Willingness to continue education and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Safely teach Pilates classes with Mat, Reformer, and other equipment.
• Create class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards.
• Provide intro, group apparatus, private, and semi-private sessions.
• Modify progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
• Stay current with Club Pilates education standards.
