The YMCA of the North is seeking a nationally certified Pilates Instructor to lead engaging Pilates classes and develop private and small-group training opportunities at the Blaisdell YMCA. A CPR/AED certification is required, along with current national Pilates credentials.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build relationships with our members while promoting health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/PR and AED.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead an individual/group and motivate others to achieve their health and well-being goals.
• Demonstrated ability working with all age groups and ability levels.
• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
• Certification or Training from Nationally Accredited Pilates School (Balanced Body, Stott, Polestar, Club Pilates, Etc.).
• Attend and successfully complete within 90 days of hire.
