Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Pilates sessions in one or more fitness areas.
• Maintain safety and monitor health of participants during class.
• Greet members by name and create a welcoming class environment.
• Provide cues and corrections to ensure proper form and technique.
• Set up class equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings and uphold YMCA policies.
