At Spartan Fitness Holdings, we strive to create a great workplace and customer experience. Starting in 2025, instructors teaching an average of 15 classes, private sessions, or workshops per week will be eligible for a $450 quarterly bonus as a token of appreciation for their dedication and excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead group classes for up to 12 clients effectively and safely
• Communicate movement directions verbally to participants
• Assist clients in their Pilates practice, promoting health, muscle tone, and posture
• Provide modifications to accommodate individual and group needs
• Incorporate props into class flows proficiently
• Assist with cleaning tasks to maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Demonstrate exercises, including bending and lifting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Pilates Teaching Certification
