POSITION SUMMARY

We are expanding our team at Club Pilates. This role provides an opportunity to influence our clients' fitness journeys while growing within the industry’s leading Pilates brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group reformer Pilates classes
• Implement Club Pilates signature programming accurately
• Create an energetic, inclusive class environment
• Build meaningful connections with members
• Offer expert guidance and personalized modifications
• Track and celebrate client progress
• Maintain safety standards and proper equipment use
• Uphold studio protocols and assist with equipment maintenance
• Participate in community initiatives and studio events
• Engage in ongoing education and industry updates

Qualifications: Education & Certification

• Comprehensive Pilates certification (450+ hours)
• Recognition from established organizations (e.g., BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT)
• CPR/AED certification preferred

Experience & Skills

• Teaching experience valued; exceptional candidates considered regardless of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Ability to manage group dynamics effectively
