Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor in California to lead engaging fitness classes and deliver fresh routines. You will motivate participants, maintain a professional and collaborative studio presence, and ensure safety with CPR/AED readiness.

Qualifications include at least one year of experience, a nationally accredited certification, and CPR/AED. Licenses for branded formats must be current where applicable, with a strong emphasis on reliability and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver dynamic group exercise classes with fresh and innovative routines.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a collaborative studio presence.
• Ensure participant safety and readiness with CPR/AED protocols.

Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
