Job summary

EXOS in San Diego is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead engaging fitness classes. You will create and deliver fresh routines, maintain a professional, punctual presence, and motivate participants with a collaborative leadership style.

The role requires at least 1 year of group exercise leadership, a nationally accredited certification, and CPR/AED certification (First Aid is a plus). This position supports Exos’ holistic readiness approach across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification strongly desired.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes.

As our new Group Exercise instructor you must be:

• Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines.
• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others.
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Pay

Residents of California: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/unit to $125.00/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
