Job summary

Exos is seeking a Pilates Instructor to lead our fitness classes, creating engaging, safe and effective sessions for diverse groups. You will craft routines that motivate participants and promote consistency in practice.

You will report to studio leadership, bring energy, adapt workouts, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification strongly desired.

• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Pay & Benefits

Residents of California: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $18.00/hour to $100.00/hour in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage lawsPay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
