Job summary

EXOS in San Bruno, CA is seeking an energetic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven classes for members of all fitness levels. You will design varied routines, offer modifications, and foster an inclusive, motivating environment that helps participants reach their goals.

Applicants should have at least one year of group exercise leadership, current national certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA), and CPR/AED; First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in group exercise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $21.00/hour to $100.00/hour in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
