Job summary

EXOS Works, LLC is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes for members with varying fitness levels. You will create fun, effective routines, provide modifications, and ensure a safe, energetic environment.

The role requires at least one year of leading group classes, a current group exercise certification, and CPR/AED certification. Branded format training needs licensing where applicable. Join a team focused on health, motivation, and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification required.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven group exercise classes, ensuring all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Develop and deliver exercise routines tailored to a variety of fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications to participants as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages members to reach their fitness goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in group exercise.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.

Compensation and Locations

Residents of CA, CO, NY, WA, MD: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $125/unit. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
