Plus One, an Optum company, is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead Pilates sessions at our Boston fitness center. You will develop engaging class formats, craft motivating playlists, and ensure all participants feel challenged and welcomed.

Ideal candidates hold a current group fitness certification and CPR/AED, with experience in corporate wellness or fitness instruction. You will network with clients, deliver professional communication, and may cover classes at multiple

Qualifications

• Must hold current group fitness cert and CPR/AED certification.
• Prior experience in group fitness or corporate wellness.
• Strong customer engagement and communication with clients.
• Professional communication with clients.
• Ability to engage participants as a public speaker.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging Pilates classes and playlists.
• Increase class attendance and adapt moves for all levels.
• Provide cover at multiple locations.
