Plus One, part of the Optum Workplace Well-being portfolio, seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to teach at a fitness center in Boston, MA. You will develop engaging class formats with motivating playlists and tailor movements to all fitness levels.

Requirements include an active Group Fitness Certification and CPR/AED certification. This role offers opportunities to cover multiple locations and access to comprehensive health and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate, specialty class license (i.e. Zumba, etc.) and current CPR/AED certification (no online CPR/AED certification accepted).
• Prior experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training, corporate health promotion, wellness, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable about the industry with customer skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging class formats and playlists.
• Increase class attendance and accommodate all fitness levels.
• Provide class coverage at multiple locations if needed.
