Job summary

Argano's Pigment Practice is redefining planning consulting by combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology. As a Solution Architect, you will design and build Pigment solutions that transform how our clients plan, forecast, and make decisions.

You will work within our pod model alongside experienced Pod Leads, Delivery Managers, and Consultants. You will design and implement Pigment solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, gathering requirements, building models, and

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in EPM or enterprise planning technology.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment or competing platforms.
• Strong model design and data integration skills.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or ETL is a plus.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, CPG, or Technology is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pigment solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Gather requirements, design models, and build solutions; support go-live.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead technical development.
• Assist in pre-sales with input for proposals and effort estimation.
• Contribute to client training and change management activities.
• Obtain and maintain Pigment platform certifications.
• Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
