A fast-growing, award-winning consultancy is seeking an experienced Pigment Solutions Architect to join its expanding performance management team. This is a senior opportunity for someone who thrives on shaping enterprise planning solutions, guiding clients through finance transformation, and taking ownership of complex, high-impact projects.

About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of Pigment delivery, designing, building, and deploying solutions that transform how leading organisations plan and analyse performance. You’ll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on architect, bridging the gap between finance processes and technology. Beyond project delivery, you’ll also play a key role in strengthening the consultancy’s Pigment capability by shaping methodology, creating reusable assets, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and architecture of Pigment solutions across FP&A, workforce, sales, supply chain, and other planning areas
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical models and workflows
• Configure Pigment applications, including data models, integrations, dashboards, and user-friendly planning environments
• Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and executive-level presentations
• Guide delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
• Support pre-sales efforts with solution design input, scoping, and proof-of-concept builds
• Contribute to the growth of Pigment delivery capability through methodology development, accelerators, and knowledge sharing
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering collaboration and capability growth within the team

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in architecting EPM solution delivery with hands-on exposure to Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, OneStream, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms
• Strong financial modelling skills (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce, sales/revenue models)
• Familiarity with data integration concepts (ETL, APIs, mapping, data transformation)
• Experience in dashboard and reporting design with a focus on intuitive user experience
• Proven track record of leading successful planning solution implementations, either in consulting or industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic client environments
